because some days, crying just dont cut it.

there was a vulture perched on my shoulder

we were in a mall, like a maze. it was bright from the sunlight above, walking through long corridors filled with shops. it was probably my first time out with him.
like a fugue, the next thing i remember was sitting on a counter in a shop, staring at the white floor tiles.
i was alone with one man and a woman, a little scared. not because i was alone, but because i came with a very stern and garang man, and now i've lost him.

i stared at the fluffiest white plush toy, which was a marshmallow man. they let me hold it.
didn't look at anyone in the face, didn't speak at all.

he came rushing in the shop with a worried but angry face. there was gladness.

i miss you already.
